Senate President Bill Ferguson is championing Senate Bill 1, which would ban the practice of law enforcement, including ICE officers, using masks when carrying out everyday duties.

The bill already has broad support, making its way to the House of Delegates after passing with an overwhelming majority in the Senate of Maryland.
